Two conclusions so far: First is I still have no idea how this Paradise Found scenario event triggers. Maybe it was just the year? That would mean you’d just have to survive a certain number of turns. I got it twice so far, but without being aware of having done anything special.

I hope that with later games I’ll find out how this is being triggered.
